International and ELL Students

Ka Lama Iki is accepting all international student applications for the current and upcoming school year. All English proficiency levels are welcome. 

STEP 1: COMPLETE APPLICATION ON OUR "APPLY NOW" RENWEB SYSTEM FOR YOUR STUDENT'S DESIRED GRADE AND UPLOAD ALL MEDICAL AND NEEDED FILES. 

STEP 2: CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE AND REQUEST AN I-20 ONCE STUDENT FEES ARE PAID TO KA LAMA IKI at secretary@kalamaiki.org 

STEP 3: VISIT THE SEVIS WEBSITE TO PAY THE REQUIRED 901 FEE TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT 

BEFORE THE I-20 CAN BE APPROVED BY THE PRINCIPAL. 

STEP 4: MEET AND GREET WITH TEACHER/SIGN ALL FINANCIAL FORMS.

**All students have a 30 day probationary period.

Students visiting with a tourist visa are eligible for Ka Lama Iki's ACE program, the American Culture Experience. This program is available for up to 30 school days for students grades K-8. Students are able to attend regular classes until noon each day. 

*As per US requirements without visa, NO grades are given. ACE students are provided the opportunity to build both English and social skills within the classroom. All English fluency levels may apply.

STEP 2: SIGN FINANCIAL FORM/MAKE PAYMENT

COST:  $150 per day.
