Application Process

Interested in joining the Ka Lama Iki Ohana? 


Are you looking for a safe,  Christ-centered education for your child?  

We are now accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year in grades K-8.


NEW STUDENTS: 


  • Applying is easy using our Online Application through Renweb. We encourage new families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after an application has been submitted.  A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted to the office with each application. 
  • Click on the Renweb icon to begin (only new student applicants)
  • January-May: New student interviews and placement assessments occur. POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19
  • May 30: Early acceptance letters for grades 1-8 are sent out to later than May 30. 
  • April-June: Schedule a financial meeting with the principal.
  • June 30: All signed financial agreements are due no later than June 30. 
  • Returning Ka Lama Iki Families: All early enrollment applications are due no later than March 31st. Early enrollment guarantees all returning families a lock-in tuition if all fees for 2020-2021 are paid in full by March 31st. No exceptions. 


RETURNING STUDENTS: 

Parents please visit your Parent Portal via Renweb and click on the "Re-Enroll" tab on the left side menu. Fill in an updated application and submit. All existing balances must be paid in full before applications can be approved.
